A journey from runway to screen…

Melanie recently completed a year-long role as Supervisor and Prosthetics Lead on Disney and FX’s ‘Say Nothing’, a series portraying The Troubles in Northern Ireland, where she showcased her skill in period detail and prosthetics. As Designer for Bjorn of the Dead, featuring Bjorn Ulvaeus and Bruce Dickinson, she led hair, makeup, and prosthetic design. Her portfolio includes distinctive looks for Ashley Walters and Richard Armitage in Harlan Coben’s Missing You. Melanie’s award-winning talent has been recognised by BABTAC, Lux, and EVA Women’s Awards, and she was named a ScreenSkills “Leader of Tomorrow,” bringing £10k in funding to high-end TV drama productions. She also collaborated with Dame Vivienne Westwood, supporting environmental activism through creative expression in Hair and Makeup Design.
